Oli’Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality urine collection devices and personal care products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, used personal care products and opened medical-related items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at karla.donaldson@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within several business days after inspection. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
